Maphost offer tourists an online facility to find accommodation, and other tourist activities and attractions in South Africa, based on geographic location. It allows site visitors to locate tourist establishments and information, by searching in specific areas or towns, and then “SearchAround” to find other relevant locations in the vicinity. To start using Maphost, please go to our
Homepage and select a category you are interested in, or by selecting a province on the map, where you wish to search for establishments.
Accommodation and other tourist activity/attraction owners and managers, are invited to list their location and information on Maphost for
FREE. Your establishment will then be listed on Maphost’s
web directory for interactive site specific maps, with the focus on tourism.
Subscribers receive a personalised URL/link allowing them to add text like:
Map: 'yourname'.maphost.co.za" to business cards, brochures, adds, websites, e-mails, etc. to direct clients to their map page on Maphost, where a location map to the establishment can be viewed and downloaded. This map can include all your relevant contact information a visitor might need to find and contact you.
